Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement or delivery.

Delivery Services

For delivery orders:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery is subject to area availability
• Additional delivery charges may apply
• You must provide accurate delivery information
• Someone must be present to receive the order

Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as food preparation may have already begun. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for:

• Cancelled orders (if cancellation is approved)
• Incorrect or missing items
• Quality issues (must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery)

Table Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if:

• You are more than 15 minutes late without notification
• Contact information provided is incorrect
• Restaurant reaches full capacity due to unforeseen circumstances

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely allergen-free. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and menu items, is the property of SichuanDynasty and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:
